In this sermon we consider the reality of focusing our thanks and our praise on the one who has appeared to all of creation that the mystery of God might be made known to all who trust in Jesus.
Colossians 1:21-23 is a call to reconciliation through the work of Christ upon the cross. It is this work that enables Paul to speak the truth of Jesus Christ into a new time and culture. Things have changed for Paul he use to visit the church and now He is isolated in a prison cell this Paul writes letters to express the unchanging Gospel in a changing context as we listen let us ask the question; ‘Lord how should I make the unchanging message of Jesus known in my ever changing context? Amen and may God bless you at this time as you trust in Him and seek to walk in obedience to His call in our lives Amen.
